JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Narari Kala Khurd P.S. Case No. 13/2023, registered for the offence punishable 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. No country made mahua liquor has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 18.02.2023. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
