In this case, petitioners are seeking bail in Buxar (Id.) P.S.Case No. 121 of 2012 u/s 467, 468, 471, 420/34 IPC. It has been claimed that the petitioners had purchased land from Krishna Singh and Dharmraj Singh as the power of attorney was executed by Kalawati Devi.

Basically it is a civil dispute between the parties, this Court has granted bail to co-accused Kalawati Devi, vide Cr.Misc.No. 26580/13, Dharmraj Singh & Anand Singh @ Anand Kumar vide Cr.Misc.No. 42983 /13, Vishwanath Rai vide Cr.Misc.No. 37085/13 and Krishna Singh and Santosh Kumkar Singh @ Santosh Kumar vide Cr. Misc. No. 37142/13.

No.39752 of 2014 (2) dt.27-03-2015 2/2 In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks, petitioner Ram Singh be released on anticipatory bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Ind.) P.S.Case No. 121 of 2012, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
