2. This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 12.02.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 20748 of 2014, whereby the Respondent No. 4 / The Project Director, NHAI, D-36, Sri Krishnapuri, Patna has been directed to consider and dispose of the petitioners' representation dated

Patna High Court MJC No.999 of 2019(3) dt.11-09-2025 2/2 13.08.2013, if still pending, in accordance with law.

Opposite Party No. 4 / The Project Director, National Highways Authority of India, D-36, Sri Krishnapuri, Patna has filed a show cause, wherein, in paragraph No. 20 it has been stated that the petitioners' representation has been disposed of by an order passed by the Opposite Party No. 4 on 09.04.2019. A copy of the order dated 09.04.2019 disposing of the petitioners' representation has also been enclosed as Annexure R4-D to the show cause filed by the Opposite Party No. 4.

4. In view of the above, I find that the order dated 12.02.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 20748 of 2014 has been duly complied with by the Opposite Party No. 4.

5. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed and disposed of.
