This is an application for bail in connection with Ariyari (Kasar) P.S.Case No. 132 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Allegation is of recovery of one loaded country made pistol from possession of the petitioner.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and he has no criminal antecedent and has remained in custody for about three months. Further submission is that there is no compliance of Section 100 of Cr.P.C. in this case.

Having heard both sides and considering the facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55811 of 2017 (2) dt.20-11-2017 2/2 circumstances of the case, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura, in connection with Ariyari (Kasar) P.S.Case No. 132 of 2017, subject to the following conditions :- (1) One of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned, (2) Petitioner will co-operate in trial and appear on each and every date in court, failing which his bail bond shall be cancelled.
