The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of assaulting the informant by six FIR named accused persons, who are petitioners before this court, in the background of dispute with regard to path-way. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that injury of the informant has been found to be simple in nature. Accusation is omnibus and general and there is counter version of the occurrence also. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31063 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Kajraili P.S. Case No.1 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
