2.520 litre of foreign liquor has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that, he is under custody since 08.05.2016.

From para 3 of the bail petition, it is evident that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner Pappu Kumar Yadav @ Pappu Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with C45(7) of 2016.
