The issue raised in the present writ petition is not maintainable under Article 226.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed a representation against the illegal and unauthorized act of the SHO concerned and the said representation is pending at the level of the District Magistrate. He submits that the Court may direct the District Magistrate, Patna to take appropriate action on the representation filed by the petitioner.

With the aforesaid, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
