2. Perused the judgment and order, dated 29.08.2014, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, West Champaran, Bettiah in Cr. Revision No. 57 of 2014, whereby, he has set-aside the order of cognizance, dated 05.03.2014, passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, West Champaran, Bettiah, in Complaint Case No. 2011 of 2013. The said judgment and order is being assailed in the present application, preferred under Section 397 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, by the petitioner, who is the

It appears from the material on record and the case of the prosecution as disclosed in the complaint petition that there was some internal dispute over election of Majhaulia Prakhand Matasyajivi Sahyog Samit Ltd., Majhaulia. It is the case of the petitioner that in one of the meetings, he had not attended, but opposite party No. 2 entered his false signature, showing his presence in the said meeting.

4. Considering the nature of dispute leading to registration of the First Information Report, I am of the view that no interference with the judgment and order of the court below is required.
