Petitioner being mother of the husband of the victim is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is killing the daughter of the informant after two years of marriage.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that informant has not named the petitioner in the First Information Report and her name subsequently sprang up during investigation when the accusation is based on suspicion against the entire in-laws family.

Considering the fact that thrust of accusation is against the husband of the victim and the

No.31037 of 2015 (2) dt.04-08-2015 2/2 petitioner being lady, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 05 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
