The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 03.03.2016 on the accusation that he was caught raid handed by bank officials when he went to join in the concerned bank on the basis of forged document. The investigation against the petitioner has already been completed and from perusal of his confessional statements, it would appear that it were co-accused Dipak Kumar Sinha, Bimlesh Kumar, who cheated the petitioner.

Moreover, considering the aforesaid facts and
