Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section53(B) of the Excise Amendment Act, 2016. The petitioner was caught in drunken state and accordingly, the present case was lodged. It was detected through breath analyzer that 243.6 mg. alcohol was found in the blood of the petitioner.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nathnagar P.S.
