Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Although, petitioner is named in the first information report as a member of mob but no specific overt-act appears to have been attributed against the petitioner and having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by different Benches of this Court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
