JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted the deceased causing injury on his stomach as a result whereof, deceased died in course of his treatment. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25445 of 2016 (3) dt.21-06-2016 2/2 Tikapatti P.S. Case No. 126 of 2015 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea stands rejected.
