The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 415 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant who is the wife of the deceased has alleged that this petitioner and others because of land dispute have killed her husband. During investigation it has come that the deceased had died because of having consumed liquor and the petitioner and others had disposed of the body. The petitioner is in jail since 20.01.2024.
Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22809 of 2024(2) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if charge has not already been framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chhauradano P.S.
