Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 354 B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 7/8 of POCSO Act.

The victim has supported the prosecution case in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which she specifically stated that petitioner made attempt to commit rape on her.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 13 of 2016 corresponding to POCSO Case
