2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act 2022 .

3 . It is alleged that 3.750 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from sack which was allegedly thrown by this petitioner.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery . Petitioner has got criminal antecedent in which he is on bail.

Considering the facts of the case , in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned special Judge Excise - I Samastipur in connection with Musrigharari Police Station Case No. 175 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of BNSS 2023 .
