2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mahuawa P.S. Case No. 144 of 2025 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 103(1), 238 and 3(5) of the BNS and Section 3⁄4 of D.P. Act.
3. As per the allegation made in the FIR, for nonfulfillment of demand of dowry, the accused persons including the petitioner assaulted and committed murder of the daughter of the informant.
4. After some argument, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to the petitioner to surrender and seek regular
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18976 of 2026(2) dt.08-04-2026 2/2 bail before the learned district court.
5. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner, if so advised, may surrender before the learned District Court and seek regular bail. In that case, the learned District Court is directed to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day and pass necessary order on the basis of material which has come in course of investigation without delay.
6. The present petition stands disposed of.
