JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The alleged recovery appears to have been made from a brick kiln. So far as the aforesaid brick kiln is concerned, submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the owner of the aforesaid brick kiln is the brother of the petitioner and, moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 07.05.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with
