JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 50 to 60 persons made attempt to cast bogus votes in a Panchayat election and when the aforesaid persons were chased, the petitioner was apprehended by the police officials. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner had gone to cast his own vote but when stampede started, he fell down on the earth and was caught by the police officials.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
