In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 04/2014 registered for offences under sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the first information report, the named accused persons have killed the son of the informant and their names have transpired on the basis of the confessional statement of co-accused Jakir Mian and Mithu Singh.

This Court in Cr. Misc. No. 4074 of 2015 (Diwkar Singh @ Mitthu Singh vs. the State of Bihar) directed for completion of trial on day to day basis.

As per the informant, the petitioner is not submitting to the Court, he has been declared absconder and there is a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39861 of 2014 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 proceeding under section 82 and 83 of the Act. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U T
