====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-08-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 75 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 419, 420, 467, 468, 406 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that Petitioners are innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Complainant after preparing forged documents regarding mutation of land which was executed in the year 2002, has filed the present Complaint Case without

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50045 of 2018(2) dt.14-08-2018 2/2 approaching the concerned police station for lodging of the F.I.R.. Moreover, the dispute involved is purely civil in nature. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 75 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
