Public Prosecutor for the State.

It is pointed out on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner no.1, namely, Sujit Kumar, has already been arrested. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail stands dismissed being infructous and so far as petitioner no.2 is concerned, she is mother-in-law of the complainant.

It appears from perusal of the complaint petition that marriage of complainant was solemnized on 15.5.205 with petitioner no.1 but subsequently, petitioner no.1 solemnized his second marriage with another woman.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition in respect of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39607 of 2014 (2) dt.04-02-2015 petitioner no.2 is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let petitioner no.2, namely, Savitri Devi be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Complaint Case No. 275 C of 2013 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
