JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-11-2017 Heard Sri Shashi Bhushan Kumar Manglam, learned counsel for the petitioner , Smt. Sharda Kumari, learned Additional Public Prosecutor as well as Sri Viveka Nand Jha, learned counsel, who has voluntarily appeared on behalf of the informant.
The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 08.10.2017 in Chainpur P.S. Case No. 50 of 2016 , registered for the offence under section 341, 323, 353, 506, 504 of the Indian Penal Code , 1860 has prayed for grant of bail.
In the present case informant is the Block Development Officer and he has alleged in the F.I.R. that petitioner had interfered with discharge of his official duty. Since informant himself has preferred to enter appearance in bail matter in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55490 of 2017(2) dt.20-11-2017 2/2 such an offence, the court is of the opinion that it is a fit case for grant of bail.
Accordingly, let the petitioner Anil Singh @ Anil Kumar Singh ( Mukhiya ) be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - II, Kaimur at Bhabhua / concerned court in connection with Chainpur P.S.
