The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Piprahi P.S. Case No.63 of 2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 448, 380, 323, 324, 504, 506 and of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has long criminal history. Allegation has been made that the in the dark night accused persons entered into the house of the informant and taken away cash as well valuable articles.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of four weeks from
