Mr. Dhananjay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence in the writ petition filed on behalf of the petitioner, the name of her husband was typed as late Chandeshwar Prasad Singh. He submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19059 of 2020(2) dt.30-06-2021 2/2 name of husband of the petitioner is late Baleshwar Prasad Singh. He further submits that because of the fault on the part of the petitioner in the order passed by this Court on 08.11.2019 in the cause title, name of the husband of the petitioner reflects as Late Chandeshwar Prasad Singh.

Learned counsel for the State does not oppose the prayer for modification in the cause title of CrWJC No.1461 of 2019 in the name of husband of the petitioner. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the name of the husband of the petitioner shall be read as late Baleshwar Prasad Singh in cause title of CrWJC No.1461 of 2019 in place of late Chandeshwar Prasad Singh.
