Case No. 75 of 2020 dated 18.02.2020 instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It appears that 27 litres of country-made liquor was recovered from her house.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioner, period of custody and gender, she is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with
