The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341,323,504,506,427,353 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

It is alleged that the petitioner, her husband and others made assault to the informant who is Block Development Officer, smashed the official documents and abused the informant by calling caste name.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33256 of 2015 (2) dt.26-08-2015 2/2 petitioner is lady. More over, the husband of the petitioner is already in custody.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 49 of 2015 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Udakishunganj, Madhepura.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
