The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The complainant made allegation of demand of dowry and torture against her husband and the petitioner. The petitioner is the sister-in-law of the complainant. It is submitted that the demand of dowry and torture against the petitioner is false and concocted.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt
