JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 104/2014 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 324 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is to have assaulted the informant with knife in his head, as a result of which, the informant sustained injuries and became senseless. Thereafter, he has taken out Rs.1300/- and a mobile.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to previous enmity, he has been falsely implicated in this case. It appears from the order of the learned Sessions Judge that the doctor has found five incised wounds over mid of the scalp, frontal and occipital region, parietal region and left side of face

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in my opinion, the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail. His prayer is rejected.

I.A.No.148/15 stands disposed of.
