The petitioner is languishing in custody since 10.09.2018 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner, one loaded country made pistol and sixty cartridges were recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovery has not been made from the conscious physical possession of the petitioner and the investigation has already been concluded. It is further submitted that the petitioner is accused in one other case apart from the present case.

Considering the fact that the investigation has already been concluded, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Naugachia, Bhagalpur in connection with Gopalpur P.S.
