Vide order dated 02.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6603 of 2021 by this Court, granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner and directing him to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, but he failed to furnish the bail bond within time In that view of the matter, the order dated 02.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6603 of 2021 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall surrender before the court below and furnish bail bond within a period of four weeks from the date of this order in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 898 of 2018
