Petitioner prays for bail in connection with Saharghat P.S.Case No. 87 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner, who happens to be husband of deceased, is of killing his wife due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry, Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that FIR itself shows that petitioner was living outside and he had no hand in causing death of deceased and petitioner is in custody since 24.1.2018 and charge sheet has been submitted and whatever allegation is there that is against father-in-law of deceased. Heard learned APP also.

No.52345 of 2018 (2) dt.05-10-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Benipatti, Madhubani, in connection with Saharghat P.S.Case No. 87 of 2017, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
