This is an application for bail in connection with Sasarm (Model) P.S.Case No. 968 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is of recovery of stolen motorcycle from the petitioner.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no recovery from his possession and he has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody for two months, having no criminal antecedent.
Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides and in view of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

No.55226 of 2017 (2) dt.20-11-2017 2/2 However, once charge has been framed in this case or petitioner completes six months period in custody, whichever is earlier, learned trial court shall release the petitioner on bail to its own satisfaction on filing an undertaking that petitioner will cooperate in trial and appear on each and every date in court, except showing any genuine reason.
With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
