Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 47(A) of Bihar Excise Act. Taking into consideration the recovery made from conscious possession of the petitioners, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail and hence, their prayer for bail in connection with Manjhaulia P.S. Case No. 87 of 2016 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran stands rejected.
