The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 307, 325 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of assault to the mother of the informant is against unknown. Subsequently, mother of the informant died. Petitioner is in custody since 13.03.2013, though, charges were framed on 20.09.2013. However, the trial is still pending.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17995 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 277 of 2012, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property.
