The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction commanding the Respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of constable in District Police Force/B.M.P. as the petitioner had applied against Advt. No.1/2014 issued for appointment on the post of constables by respondents and were successful in all the tests however even though she as per her merit deserved to be appointed in her categories in the final result which has been published on 23 June 2015 her Roll numbers has not been mentioned in successful list of candidates and neither her marks nor marks of successful candidates have been shown nor the reason why she has not been declared finally

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-Central Selection Board of Constable, Bihar, Patna has submitted that no candidate having secured lesser mark than the petitioner has been selected, hence the present writ petition is devoid of any merit.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if that be the actual factual matrix i.e., no candidate having secured lesser mark than the petitioner, has been selected, the present writ petition be disposed off. 4.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
