Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant and his other family members. The injury reports of all the injured go to show that all the injured sustained simple injuries, said to be caused by hard and blunt substance.
