The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special (N.D.P.S.) Case No. 126 of 2017, arising out of Chowk P.S. Case No.247 of 2017, a case under Sections 22/27 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Small quantity of smack was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner and having similar allegation co-accused Sumit Kumar has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.59916 of 2017. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55382 of 2017 (3) dt.03-01-2018 P2/ amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
