JUSTICE HEMANT GUPTA) Date: 28-10-2016 The petitioner has invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Court so as to direct the respondents not to compel him to vacate the quarters situated in Bihar National College, Patna. As per the petitioner, he has since vacated the room in his possession in the campus of Bihar National College, but he has been allotted a residential quarter in Saidpur area. The grievance of the petitioner is that allotted quarter is not fit for habitation and requires repairs, which are not being carried out by the respondents. The petitioner has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court

Patna High Court CWJC No.10806 of 2015 dt.28-10-2016 2/2 in respect of the alleged quarter situated in Bihar National College. Admittedly, the petitioner has vacated the said quarter and is not in occupation of any accommodation within the campus of Bihar National College. As far as the repairs of the quarter allotted to the petitioner is concerned, the respondents may carry out the same in accordance with law, but no orders are called for in the present writ petition.
