JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was caught on the spot with stolen cash. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner is in jail custody since 30.07.2015 and his trial could not be completed.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 321 of 2015 pending in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25755 of 2016 (2) dt.22-06-2016 2/2 court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Biraul, Darbhanga stands rejected.
