The learned counsel appearing for the Bank has submitted that the State Bank of India has started a new One Time Settlement (O.T.S.) Scheme and in case, the petitioner approaches the Bank for settlement of his grievance under the said Scheme, he shall avail such remedy.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the State Bank of India within a period of two weeks from today and in case, the
