JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 24-04-2019 Earlier, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected on merit by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 20.6.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 10485 of 2018. It is mentioned in para 22 of the bail petition that after rejection of the bail petition petitioner moved before the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide SLP (Cri) No. 6225 of 2018 which has also been dismissed as withdrawn on 6.8.2018. This Court does not find any fresh ground for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is again rejected.

Petitioner is directed to surrender and make prayer for regular bail which shall be considered and disposed of on its
