2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 210 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1)/3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have killed the deceased.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and the deceased has committed suicide at his wife's place and the petitioner is none other but the father-in-law of the deceased.

5. The petitioner is in jail since 7.10.2024.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran/concerned Court below in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 210 of 2024.
