Petitioner is in jail custody since 9.4.2016 in a case registered under section 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code. According to the fardbeyan of the informant, it were Kare Mandal and Upendra Mandal who forcibly brought and solemnized her marriage with co- accused Rakesh Kumar Singh and after that informant was taken away by co- accused but while she was on the way, she raised alarm which attracted villagers who informed the police and thereafter, present case was registered but admittedly, statement of informant was recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C in which she has not named the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
