JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 09-03-2015 The grievance of the petitioner is that the new building for the police station has been constructed at a far away place, and he seeks a direction that the police station be not shifted to that place.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Even from the averments made in the writ petition, it is evident that the new building has been constructed. At this stage, it would not be proper for anyone to interdict the shifting of the building. We, therefore,

Patna High Court CWJC No.14234 of 2014 dt.09-03-2015 2/2 dismiss the writ petition as being devoid of any merits. Interlocutory application, if any, stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
