JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 09-02-2018 The present case has been listed under the heading "To be Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner pointing out that there is clerical mistake in the order of this Court dated 01.02.2018 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner but, due to clerical mistake, the order has been pronounced rejecting the prayer for anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is correct. This Court finds that there is clerical mistake in the aforesaid order dated 01.02.2018.

Thus, Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Rajendra Mahto @ Rajindra Mahto, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5807 of 2018(3) dt.09-02-2018 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 364 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. Accordingly, the order dated 01.02.2018 is modified to the extent indicated above.
