The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No.132 of 2017, a case under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner and others were apprehended on stolen bolero. Nothing else was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 29.03.2017. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charge or three months from today whichever is earlier on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55284 of 2017 (4) dt.19-02-2018 P2/ bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
