Petitioner is in custody in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 385 of 2017 for the offence under sections 272, 273, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 32(II), 38(II) 41(I) o the Bihar Liquor Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. She further submitted that similarly circumstanced other co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 02.07.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 23784 of 2018.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
