There happens to be an attempt to commit rape and petitioner is under custody since 13.11.2017.

From the order impugned, it is evident that case has been compromised, though is non-compoundable.

Accordingly, Guddu Malakar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Divya Prakash, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnia in connection with Tikapatti P. S. Case No.11 of 2017.
