The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Earlier this Court vide order dated 3.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.48313 of 2015 rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of ten months in jail custody.

The petitioner is in jail since 18.6.2015 and he has already completed ten months in jail custody. Looking to the period of custody, let petitioner, Md. Manik @ Manik Chand, be released on bail on furnishing bail
